Attendee Code of Conduct
At Marketplace Events, we are committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and inclusive experience for all participants, including attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, volunteers, vendors, and staff. By attending, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and considerate manner at all times, treating others with dignity and courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, bullying, or any behavior that is disruptive, offensive, or unsafe will not be tolerated in any form, whether in person, online, or in communications related to the event. This includes, but is not limited to, inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome comments, offensive or discriminatory language, or actions that interfere with another person’s ability to enjoy the event. Participants are encouraged to report any concerns to event staff, security, or by visiting the show office. Marketplace Events may, at its sole discretion, take appropriate action, including removing anyone from the event who violates this Code of Conduct or applicable laws.

Are there multiple day tickets?
We will be pleased to hear that you found value in the show and want to return a second day. If this is the case, please see the show manager in the show office at the event. We will be happy to accommodate you.
Is ample parking available?
Music City Center has 1800 parking spaces for attendees & exhibitors. Several surface lots surrounding the MCC
Are wheelchairs available?
There are wheelchairs available at the Music City Center entrances, please ask a Music City Center Ambassador when you enter the building. You will need to leave your photo ID with them. All wheelchairs are based on a first come, first serve basis.
Are strollers allowed?
Yes
Are animals allowed at the show?
Only service animals are allowed on show floor.
